Job Description

Handle CS end to end process, including complaints and inquiries from users, merchants and billers RUPI through email, and Chat (Live Chat, Whatsapp, Telegram)

Manage and resolve customer related issues and escalations

Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company

Process inquiries to ticket into the system
Maximum 28 years old

Minimum SMK/D3 from any field

Experienced in Customer Service (at least 1 year - preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to details

Computer literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, email, etc).

Domicile in Jabodetabek (preferred)

Willing to work in shift with 10 hours/day (4 working days and 3 days off/week)

Has big interest working in an e-commerce company

Willing to work in contract-based

Able to join immediately
