Assist the team screens all incoming and outgoing project correspondence with focus on change and claim relevant issues or events and highlights same to the project and project site management team.
Supports Senior Contract Manager for administrating proper management of project changes which could result in claims, contract amendments, change or variation orders.
Assist the team identifies claims risks and opportunities and develops claim defense and claim strategies for project and project site management’s consideration and implementation.
Assist the team supports Senior Contract Manager and project site management team in defending against unjustified claims from any contracting parties.
Supports Senior Contract Manager and project site management in pursuing and pushing through justified claims against contracting parties.
Assist the team collects, organizes and maintains all records and documentation related to all project changes, potential and actual claims.
Supports Senior Contract Manager and project site management team in contract agreements, close-outs, extensions or renewals.
Supports any responsible engineer and/or site team to procure any necessary services, goods, materials, and/or equipment onsite by introducing and/or communicating with applicable suppliers.

Reporting To: Senior Contract Manager (SCM)
Candidate Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in commissioning of Thermal power plant having capacity more than 100 MW
