AMFS_Learning & Development Analyst (21000BQ5)

PRIMARY LOCATION : INDONESIA-INDONESIA-JAKARTA

ORGANIZATION : AXA Indonesia Life

CONTRACT TYPE : Regular

SHIFT : Day Job

SCHEDULE : Full-time DESCRIPTION


  • Liaise with HCBP also line manager in conducting Training Need Analysis and propose the development needed
  • Provide training providers and training schedule to accommodate the employee development needs
  • Prepare learning materials & tools that needed in learning or training delivery
  • Provide schedule arrangement and deliver the TTT program to learning squad
  • Liaise with Talent Management AXA SI related to individual development & succession plan of Talent
  • Provide schedule arrangement and liaise with HCBP in communication & delivery of Performance Management refreshment/ socialization
  • Liaise with procurement team related to the processing training request from employee
  • Provide regular reports related to learning and development activity

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • minimum having 4 years in Learning and development area
  • good in communication skills, presentation, reporting, also administration area
  • good in delivery materials training
