Job Description

  • According to the Indonesian company business model, establish a user service management system suitable for the needs of the Indonesian market, including organizational structure, management mechanism, and business processes.
  • Responsible for the standard construction and management of the call center, timely responding to user needs, solving user problems, and reducing user complaint rate.
  • Responsible for service provider qualification, network layout and service provider management, ensuring user service process control and continuous improvement of customer service satisfaction.
  • Responsible for docking local third-party service companies, strengthening technical support and training for service providers, and improving the success rate of service providers.
  • Responsible for spare parts planning, storage specification management, increasing the satisfaction rate of spare parts, and accelerating the turnover of spare parts.
  • Responsible for the construction and standard management of the three-package machine management system, reducing the loss of the three-package machine.
  • Responsible for formulating reasonable service provider settlement standards based on industry standards and corporate characteristics. Excavation includes spare parts consumption, improvement space for warehousing and logistics costs, promotion of overall service cost control and service rate compliance.
  • Planning and implementation of differentiated services for high-end customers
  • Create a brand image with high quality and efficient service as a business card
  • Quality Management Section: Responsible for the collection of quality information in overseas markets, timely feedback on market product quality information, and work with headquarters to promote continuous improvement of product quality and trace the loss

  • Male / Female min 30-35 years of Age
  • Bachelor Degree any major from Reputable University;
  • Min 3-5 years experiences with Home Appliances/Electronics Product
  • Good Skill Communication
  • Good English / Mandarin
  • Computer Literature
