L1 Networking/System Support Specialist


Role description: …

Experiences: 0 - 1 year (Fresh graduates from Computer / IT related major are also welcome)

Role and Responsibilities of the L1 Specialist is to deliver below Level One support activities/tasks, which include but not limited to:

1. Monitoring
2. Alert and Incident reporting (including ticketing and escalation)
3. Service Request delivery
4. Customer Interaction (inquiries responses)

1. Computer / IT System Basic Knowledge
2. Analytical Skill
3. Communication Skill (English is a must)
4. Customer Management Skill
