Job Description

Warehouse Operations Excellence:
1. Responsible for ensuring mutation of goods is controlled through the system in accordance with the required documentation (incoming goods, exit goods, culling, stock mutation).
2. Routine to inform stock near ED, overstock and understock to the sales team.
3. Routine stock demand to the DSP team to keep stock on hand on target.
4. Coordinate with DSP to schedule goods receipt from principal and ensure acceptance according to principal criteria
5. Control of damaged goods, by making LBR (Report Damaged Goods), process manufacture & approval of LBPR & for the actions of LPBR either destruction or process claim to principal through Department FA
6. Controls layout according to layout, Pallet ID use, Stock Card updates and DSP controls (Product Status List) and periodic goods mutations
7. Monitoring Warehouse and MHE infrastructure and follow-up improvements and routinely reported to the logistics coordinator / region.
8. Run key control check list
9. Plan improvements relating to WH activities and WH arrangements and facilities with the goal of achieving warehouses in accordance with standards within the SDN.
10. Planning & managing subordinate work activities including planning for labor needs with the goal of optimizing the performance of the warehouse team Requirements:
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Production Supervisor and Warehouse
  • At least Bachelor Degree with related major
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Production Supervisor /Logistics/warehouse in FMCG / Food & Beverage Company.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung (Preferably candidate form Bandung Area)
