Job Description

Establishing standards and guidelines for vendor, also monitoring vendor to ensure these policies are being followed;

Conducting interview and meeting with new vendors;

Conducting negotiate new and existing vendors contract;

Cultive and maintain relationship with vendors by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and check their satisfaction levels;

Monitoring sales trends, noting which item are selling faster than others, also make reports represent this data.
Minimum Bachelor Degree of all majors (Transportation Management is preferred);

Knowing the price trends of Express & Logistics' industry is preferred;

Strong analytical, organization, communication, and negotiation skills;

Good at teamwork-ing, highly initiative, creative, and innovative;

Organized with a keen eye for quickness and details;

Tolerance to stress, able to work underpressure;

Fluent in English both written and oral;

Minimum 2 years experience as in the related occupation;

Proficient in operating Ms. Office, database, and collecting list of vendor's data.
