Job Description

Monitoring the company's import and export activities starting from preparing accompanying documents to supporting data needed from both the customs and Forwarder Services if needed in the clearance process.

Manage the import needs of packaging raw materials from Chinese suppliers and monitor the import process.

Managing export needs with partners in the South East Asia region and monitoring the export process.

Assist in the analysis of document requirements and formulate the basic costs of exports and imports in certain destination countries according to partner requests.

Coordinate and work with Internal and External teams and have appropriate problem-solving strategies according to the applicable rules.
Min. Bachelor Degree in any Majors

Max. 25 years old

Minimum 2 years experience in the same field

Understand the Flow and Process of Export and Import

Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Have a growth mindset

Good communication skills ( Fluent in English priority / Mastering Mandarin is preferred)

Able to work in a team

Have initiative and high motivation to work
