Jakarta Esports Entry Level / Experienced

As part of the esports team, you will be handling a portfolio of esports projects, supporting current strategies and also driving new initiatives, with full responsibility on end-to-end esports project management.

Job Description
  • Drive esports projects from planning to delivery, including but not limited to esports roadmap, activations/events (online and offline), broadcast operations and management, supporting events (websites, social media, other campaigns).
  • Manage esports projects through effective collaboration with internal team, cross-functional and regional teams, external parties and other stakeholders to reach shared goals.
  • Produce live broadcast programs, from conceptualization, design, scripts and show rundown, D-Day management, and other event broadcast facets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding and current awareness of the esports, general sports and entertainment industry.
  • (Monitor and track key esports initiatives locally.)
Job Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
  • Prior hands-on experience in esports/entertainment/broadcast industry
  • In-depth, hands-on involvement in various esports facets: community, esports activations, event organizing, broadcast operations will be a Plus"
  • Solid project management skills, to plan, execute and evaluate a diverse portfolio of local, cross-region, and regional esports projects.
  • Effective leadership and strong collaboration skills, to grow the esports ecosystem and develop team capabilities to meet key objectives.
  • Able to identify core issues from multiple perspectives and provide solutions to address, especially under pressure with quick decision-making demands.
  • Clear and fluid communication skills, with strong command in both English and Bahasa, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enjoy playing games (exposure to multiple genres), deeply passionate about the game industry and specifically the esports market, to identify new trends and implement dynamic, adaptive strategies.
