Job Description

Be the main interface on resource planning for key company-wide strategic projects example capacity planning digitalization and automation using SAP, factory capacity expansion through equipment purchase or transfer from another site, and new products production ramp-up. Responsible to ensure planning processes throughout the planning cycles (short, mid & long term) are managed and executed, taking a leading role to define plans, integrating & pulling in support of other functions
In your new role you will:

Convert volume forecasts into production capacity demand of equipment, tooling, manpower, and production area, simultaneously pulling support from operations and finance team with site efficiency improvements and product ratio programs to ensure cost competitiveness
Be the main interface on resource planning for key company-wide strategic projects e.g capacity planning digitalization and automation, factory capacity expansion through equipment purchase or transfer from another site, and new products production ramp-up
Responsible to ensure planning processes throughout planning cycles (short, mid & long term) are managed and executed, taking a leading role to define plans, integrating & pulling in support of other functions
Interface for resource planning topics between internal and external stakeholders as well as Business Division
Identify opportunities to drive cost optimization based on knowledge and understanding the basics behind business case calculation and be able to make proposals on capacity optimization

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent, preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry , in particular experience in Resource Planning, Operations Planning, or Industrial Engineering with minimum 3-4 years of technical experience in Back End Assembly/Test (Product/Process/Equipment)
In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills to develop action and solution, ability to anticipate issues and challenges/resolve them effectively
Fundamental Project Management skills and ability in managing project
Understand technical and cost interrelations/ correlations
Excellent English language skills for both oral & written, strong interpersonal and communication skills, pro-active and a strong team player
