    • Language: Fluent English is a must
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience as Customer Service Head in Electronic Manufacture Company. Have experience in handling multiple Branch Offices.
    • Driving License: No need

  • Manage Customer Information Center Operation.
  • Manage and handle Authorized Service Center nation wide.
  • Responsible for people development, training and rewarding both for agent and Staff.
  • Responsible for Customer Service Strategy both in Customer Information Center and Authorized Service Center.
