Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct, analyze and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain point

Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards

Design complex business process and data models with multiple domains and layers

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of implementation

Collaborate across Service Management, release management, Core Support and Development and software testing teams

Act as a consultant/advisor to others analysts

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) of Information Technology or related field

Minimum 1 years experience in IT Business Analyst

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Good analysis skill

Familiar with agile

Strong knowledge in SQL Database

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Business Process design tools

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with Project Lead and Application Developers
