Legal, Risk, and Compliance Manager is responsible for all legal aspects of company, providing professional legal, risk, and compliance advice to management and personnel of company in Indonesia.
Responsibilities :
  • Provide advice on general corporate, regulatory, administrative, and legal matters to Indonesia Management and personnel.
  • Review all contracts and provide advice, especially customer and supplier contracts, to Indonesia management and personnel.
  • Where necessary, engage, and manage external counsel for general legal, regulatory, and/or administrative matters, and court proceedings in Indonesia.
  • conduct legal and compliance training and workshops for Indonesia personnel
  • Act as the key functional representative of Indonesia management to Asia Pacific Regional Head Office Legal Department.
  • A bachelor's degree in Law from reputable university
  • At least 4 - 7 years' post-qualification legal experience, either in a law firm and/or MNC with strong corporate presence in Indonesia. Experience in the transportation/logistics industry will be an advantage.
  • able to take a broad perspective with an understanding of the challenges presented by the Indonesia business environment
  • Has strong communication and presentation skills, also an effective communicator in English and Bahasa. Able to interact, work with and advice people at all job levels.
  • Able to work in fast pace environment, self-motivated, has initiative, good analytical & problem solving.
