  • Articulate ideas and reason clearly, communicate creative ideas, and not be afraid to be persuasive and defend those ideas
  • Make creative programs and design concepts for video that meet the business objective of brand strategy
  • Create highly impactful content to tell the story of our Publishers' (IDN Times/Popbela.com/Popmama.com/FORTUNE Indonesia) products.
  • Continuously innovate on everything from creative ideas to production processes to move the brand forward.
  • Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to direct multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Background in creative visual storytelling and experience with live show and video production.
  • Passionate about brands, stories, ideas, events and live/physical design.
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
