Job Description

  • Memberikan sambutan, arahan, informasi, hingga bantuan membawa perlengkapan tamu ke table
  • Call center yang menghubungkan panggilan masuk dengan tamu
  • Menemui, menyambut, hingga mengirim tamu – tamu VIP
  • Memahami dan tanggap menyikapi prosedur darurat dan keselamatan
  • Memastikan keamanan privasi informasi tamu
  • Memaksimalkan keuntungan perusahaan dengan penawaran menu terbaik kepada tamu
  • Memastikan tamu untuk repeat order
  • Penempatan : Medan (F&B Adhya Group)

  • Minimal pengalaman 2 – 3 tahun di bidang front office crew
  • Berpenampilan rapi, sopan, dan ramah
  • Menguasai kecakapan komputer dan telekomunikasi
  • Menguasai kecakapan berinteraksi dan komunikasi dengan tamu
  • Keterampilan interpersonal yang mumpuni
  • Keterampilan manajerial SDM yang baik
  • Keterampilan dalam mengambil keputusan
  • Kemampuan komunikasi verbal dan non verbal yang baik
  • Menguasai lebih dari 2 – 3 bahasa lebih disukai
