Job Description :
- Maintain (Answer & Provide Guidance) Customer in one of the Platform Social Networking
- Give simple optimization suggestions for customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as reach out to the problematic customers via telephone to provide solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Have communication skill in Korean (TOPIK level 4)* proven with certificate.
- Have communication skill in English proven with TOEFL Score > 500
- Have min. 1 Yr experience specialized in Customer Service or Call Center (equivalent).
- Excellent analytical thinking and quick problem-solving.
- Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Able to work in team, prioritize, organize work, and doing multitask under pressure
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule.
