Responsible to manage after sales service activities and make strategic plan to increase customer satisfaction rate.
Responsible to supervised the quality of installation, maintenance, and service
Monitoring performance of after sales service staff in Makassar Branch
Responsible to analyze the problem in after sales service department and provide the solution
Prepared timely and accurate management report due after sales service management
KUALIFIKASI ISO:
Bachelor Degree from any major
Have 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
Have proven ability to manage after sales service operational strategic plan
Have a wide knowledge in air conditioning installation, maintenance, trouble shoot and service
Good in communication, leadership, and problem solving thinking
1.To provide full and professional tools service at customers premises where necessary.
