  • Minimum 2+ years working experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in Retail company (preferably from fashion, cosmetics, or department store)
  • At least Diploma Degree (D3) with max. Age around 33
  • Skilled in store management operational data (sales data, staff development, turnover, inventory, and P&L)

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Retail industry who is looking for Retail Store Manager that will be placed in Semarang with below criteria:


Job Descriptions:

  • Manage all store operations
  • People development
  • Manage P&L, targets, sales, and display


Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma Degree (D3) or above
  • Max. Age around 33
  • Minimum 2+ years working experience as Assistant Store or Store Head in Retail company (preferably from fashion, cosmetics, or department store)
  • Must have good communication and Microsoft Office skills
  • Good in English will be plus point, but not mandatory
  • Master store management operational data (sales data, staff development, turnover, inventory, and P&L)
