Work closely and collaborate with various division to coordinate and align to make the business stronger;
Liaise and report to VM manager of the brand;
Develop VM training to your colleagues onsite, ensure every department and store team understand and compliance to VM standards;
Manage VM implementation and monitor performance to ensure visual merchandising strategies are executed and achieved in an efficient and effective ways.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in arts/design major, preferably from reputable university and/or having minimum 2 years’ working experience in fashion retail as visual merchandiser/VM store
Good in computer literate including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Elementary proficiency in English
Willing to travel and placed outside Jakarta
Demonstrate integrity, good team work, empathy and open minded in working environment
