Job Responsibilities:


  • General secretarial & office administration duties like sourcing & purchasing, general correspondence, filling keep track of Company assets, equipment & software licences, reception cover, stationary supplies, mailing and fax distribution etc.
  • Responsible for Department travel arrangement, visa application, hotel booking, organise appointments, meetings and related logistics as when required.
  • Follow up with Departmental Managers on the submission of the monthly reports, expenses claims and etc.
  • Organise meeting and events and all logistical requirement to ensure the events is carried out completely and smoothly
  • Assist in any HR related matters, eg handling new joiners, distribute HR correspondences, resignation checklist and etc.
  • To support and ensure the smooth running of the office as whole
  • Find quotations, prepare price comparison and PR/PO creation for signing.
  • Manage and prepare report pettycash
  • Prepare document list, pick up/deliver arrangement to file storage
  • Make sure all supplies and logistics are ready to make office run smoothly. Etc.

Job Requirement:


  • Bachelor Degree from any major or business administration
  • Minimum 3 years secretarial experience reporting to senior Management level
  • Familiar with filing process
  • Communicate well both in written and verbal
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a team
  • English is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Powerpoint
