TikTok e-commerce Creator Growth and Development team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create e-commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

Responsibilities:
  • This role will be part of a team responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring partner/vendor contract & payment-related processes whilst making the payment journey an enjoyable experience for the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake all Contract & Payment processing tasks delivering against all team goals and SLAs
  • Deliver excellent user experience by providing resolution of queries/disputes and proactively sharing best practice with teammates
  • Identify improvements to Contract & Payment processes
  • Ensure that all internal compliance, instructions, processes and procedures are updated as required and changes communicated to Team Members
Qualifications
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English & Bahasa. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  • Posses role-related knowledge such as contract drafting, payment process, and Indonesian tax
  • Exceptional organizational skills and excellent levels of accuracy as well as attention to details
  • Advanced understanding of administrative workflow, tools and methods include but not only limited to MS office, Google products, etc.
  • Self-starter, able to navigate in ambiguity
  • Good communication skills
