Job Description
1. Design and develop the communication content for seller via email or short message services.
2. Run various initiatives to convey Lazada initiatives using CRM tools
3. Manage calendar to ensure the communication to sellers are spaced out and sent out in timely
fashion
4. Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM tool through automating task and flows
5. Ensure copy tone and manner are align in every communication channel
6. Efficiently execute publishing and tracking in our communication platforms
7. Working closely with other seller engagement team to create communication for sellers
8. Coordinate with other cross functional departments like campaign team and product owners
9. Analyse all the channel performance and create weekly report
Job Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Communication related field (email
marketing or digital marketing channel, copywriting)
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong skill in Ms. Excel is a plus. Experience in using communications CRM tools (e.g.
Salesforce) is also a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English
Strong attention to details and have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have structured thinking and organized, flexible, competence, and willing to learn
Ability to work with people at all levels within/outside the corporation
Digital savvy and always keep update with recent business trend
Leads through example and builds appropriate culture and values as part of a team.
