This position is responsible to handle massive hiring in our operational area for 2 months employment contract.
Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:
Recommend an efficient and effective recruitment process: from posting job openings, sourcing, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, background checking to onboarding new employees
Ensures that all the employees are well motivated and engaged in organizing different events and activities and by maintaining and creating benefits programs in line with the needs and wants of the employees
Maintaining and updating recruitment database employee.
Qualification Requirements:
Must possess at least a College/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychological Science, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development or any equivalent course
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Have knowledge in recruitment processes and strategies, employee relations, labor relations, conflict resolution, and other aspects of Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Initiative, proactive and must be a team player
Excellent communication and presentation skills
