Job Description

In this role, you will responsible for equipment troubleshooting, spare parts management, and operational stability and sustainability.
In your new role you will:
  • Equipment downtime and OEE improvement to ensure operation stability
  • Responsible for equipment troubleshooting , spare parts management, and maintenance cost saving
  • Expert in equipment know-how and proficient with problem-solving tools and applications
  • Analysis , controlling, and improvement of Equipment KPIs.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
  • Having a background in mechanical with experience in Trim-Form process , Molding process , with minimum experience 3 years.
  • Expert on the know-how of system controls the overall machine process (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controllers).
  • Experience in Laser Marking and Package Sawing processes would be an advantage
  • Capable to liaise with :
    • OEM and/or supplier effectively with regards to equipment performance improvement (machine failure reduction, maintenance, and/or upgrading topic), and
    • Cross segment for collaboration topic
