You are responsible for;
Works as a Field Sales Representative on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of field sales data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.
The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic field sales principles, -theories and -concepts.
Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and field sales (feasibility) studies.
Developments, maintenance and improves of relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.
Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Has working knowledge of company products and services and also conducts presentations.
Basic analysis and approach of problems according to known methods.
Research and conclusions dedicated to specific questions.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Accountable to achieve Product/Solution/Service sales OP target for assigned service account in designated area.
Ensure Pricing compliance for all opportunity
Manage opportunity and funnel using applicable CRM Sales funnel tools - Created territory/ account plans including opportunity development competitive strategies and targets
Build strong business relationship and formulated strategies account relationship plans within the assigned accounts/territory.
Identify and respond to key account technical and departmental decisions makers needs and maintain customer contract records in the relevant CRM tools.
Track and communicated market trends to / from the field including competitor data and develop effectively counter strategies.
Product expert for selling services including contract and con contract segment product and solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and < 5 years of related experience in field sales.
Has work experiences of customer service in healthcare industry.
Strong technical knowledge on healthcare products.
Strong communication skills.
Clear and logic thinking.
Ability to handle multi tasks.
Good execution skill.
Good English skills in reading and writing.
Willing to take responsibility and travel.
Self-motivation and self-management.
