Handling end to end operation for DOP (Drop off point) agent, including Inbound at station until pick up to Sortation
Ensure Pick up performance for DOP at N0 80% (Same day pick up), N1 at 99% (Next day pick up) and no package aging above 3 days by coordinating with FM Ops
Improve station utilization to be above 75% by coordinating with Partnership team and and Market place logistics for marketing purposes of DOPs
Maintain DO share not more than 45% by allocating seller accordingly based on seller volume profile
Request Closure for underperformed and compliance issue agent in coordination with partnership department
Increase PSAT and follow up issue registered on DOP seller survey in regards to DOP Operational
Create and proposed SOP and policy of DOPs according to company current requirement and needs

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree
Min. 4 years’ experience in Logistics or retail industry
Good communication and leadership skills
Familiar in operating logistics/ retail dedicated systems
Extremely good in data, excel, and presentation skill also strong analytical thinking
Good communication and negotiation skills both in Spoken and written form (English and Bahasa).
Has min 3 years’ experience of managing team
Demonstrated a track record in performing in a fast pace environment
