Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor import shipment and communicate with overseas agent
  • Monitor and Control WIP and ACR
  • Monitor and Control payment processing
  • Check PNL and Runoff
  • Monitor and ensure that invoice is already sent to customers
  • Monitor import AP invoice from overseas agents

Requirement:

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Has minimum 1 year experience in the same field or in freight forwarding company
  • Meticulous
  • Can operate CW1 will be advantage
  • Comprehends ocean import procedures
  • Has knowledge of import operations
  • Good at both spoken and written English
  • Able to work individually or in a team
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Workplace: Sudirman, Jakarta
