Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Job Description 1. Lead vendor through the incubation process
2. Monitor sales performance and achieve target sales for the first 3 months in Lazada
3. Ensure overall sales target are met through planning and collaboration with internal teams for campaigns and initiatives for boosting seller performance
Job Requirements 1. Experienced in Sales/Incubation/BD with the ability to deliver results in a highly competitive Indonesia market
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field, ideally in the e-commerce / Electronics industry
3. Bachelor, graduated from reputable university
4. Strong market orientation, and an understanding of sellers/ brands operations in the Fashion industry
5. Strong interest in driving business decisions through data-driven analysis
6. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics
7. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
