Job Description :

  • Maintenance and repair of facilities/infrastructure (building, telecomunication and electricity)
  • Perform periodic maintenance, repair operational vehicles, as well as manage documents and insurance for operational vehicles
  • Maintain operational drivers, Office Boy and courier activities
  • Managing the company's environmental sanitation, cleanliness and safety
  • Perform changes and development of work area layouts
  • Manage company parking facilities
  • Providing employee cards (ID Cards) and maintain access doors
  • Manage the storage, relocation and mobilizationof documents from third parties
  • Perform maintenance, repair of printing facilities and scan documents
  • Maintain facilities for expatriate outside the company environment
  • Manage arrangements with building management and related activities

Requirement:

  • D3 / S1 Engineering or related education
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Understand MS Office
  • High motivation, able to work with teams or individuals
  • Communicative and proactive
  • Fast response ,good administration skills, honest, thorough and innovative
