Job Description

  • Led and directed team members on effective methods, operations and procedures to run a profitable, successful bar
  • Trained new employee
  • Led daily production meetings and weekly production calls
  • Maintained a spotless, fully stocked bar and kept it organized and supplied with bar essentials, garnishes and liquor
  • Maintained liquor and wine inventory
  • Designed and implemented successful business promotions driving repeat guest visits and increased sales
  • Performed daily transactions and tracked sales trends
  • Built and tracked sales using wide array of marketing, advertising, and promotional tools
  • Organized and coordinated utilization of product equipment and personnel

  • A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
  • At least 2 years bartending experience in a similar environment
  • Impeccable wine, beer and cocktail knowledge
  • Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and be a strong lounge server
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift and move beer kegs, liquor and wine boxes
  • Extensive knowledge in International selection of fine wines, liquors, and beer
