Job Descriptions :
  • Controlling and supervising the fit-out tenant work with all those involved in it, both administrative and technical so that it runs well.
  • Review tenant designs to ensure that the design is in accordance with building standards.
  • Design decorations and ensure that the tenant's lid partition is in a comfortable, neat, and safe condition to maintain customer levels.
  • Review and provide feedback for skills, attendance attitude, etc of contractor workforce and rate months to improve their on-site performance.
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year as a Fit Out Staff (preferably in the property industry like an Apartment or Commercial Building).
  • Having communication and negotiation skill.
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office) and Autocad software or other design software that can support fit-out work.
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta, Kuningan.
