YOUR TASKS

  • Coordinate and communicate training programs to related parties to ensure awareness and commitment.
  • Support the preparation of training including training material, training venues, co-ordinate attendees and other training related matters.
  • Maintain the training records, data and produce the reports to support and measuring training quality and investment in coordination with Dept Training Coordinators including reporting in My Talent World.
  • Liaise with External & Internal applicants, recruitment agencies and supplies to provide high quality service.
  • Manage full cycle of recruitment process and ensure onboarding new hires run smoothly following the procedure.
  • Support Talent & Performance Management Process
  • Support HRBP Managers in relation with others HR administration and reporting.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as HR Generalist
  • Good communication skills (English), both spoken and written
  • Good presentation, Interview and Training skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • High Integrity
