Job Description

Supervise and delegate duties to the development team

Developing an IT programming from beginning to end

Hire and train new developers

Experience of people management and good mentorship especially in project delivery

Creating product and set feature specifications

Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements

Collaborating with peers to deliver high quality products on time

Testing and bugs fixes

Translate business requirement from a project into a programming language and other technical solution

Demonstrate leadership, project management and mentor experience
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Related Field

Minimum 3 years as Lead Programmer or Senior Programmer

Hands on experience newest technologies with at least one of the following language: Python, Nodejs & Golang Code

Extensive experience with Elastic Search

Good knowledge on developing API and familiar with REST, JSON, etc

Good knowledge on Message Broker ( RabbitMQ & Kafka )

Candidate MUST be knowledgeable on HTML, Javascript Framework.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Having experience in Media Monitoring Company is a plus

Experience with Engine Crawler or Data Scrapping is a big plus
