Learning Deployment Analyst Intern will be working in Kognisi.id (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) as a part of Growth Center's - Development tribe, focusing to enable Kompas Gramedia employees and the general public in expanding their knowledge with various learning materials, such as online learning courses and mainly webinars or masterclass.

Learning Deployment Analyst's responsibilities are:
Coordinate all learning intervention types, including Instructor-led, Virtual Classroom, eLearning, and External training in effective and efficient.

Ensure that every in-class training session are run in accordance with the SLA & SLQ

Conduct pre- and post-event deployment initiatives in accordance with the SLA & SLQ

Create an executive summary in accordance with the set standard (consists of an overview, participants' data, class evaluation, and give insights),

Ensure every uploaded learning video in our platform has met the set standard,

Coordinating with other related parties, such as development analysts, creative team, etc.

Report weekly achievements, bottlenecks, and mitigation to every Kognisi team member using the set template.

Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Final year Bachelor degree students

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both spoken and written, especially in online environments

Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts in layman’s terms

Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and experience with blended learning

Flexible approach with the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and handle tight deadlines
