Preferably has Bachelor's Degree on Law
At least 2 years working experience in Legal and Litigation or 1 year working experience in Insurance Company
Good command in English both written and verbal
Have a knowledge in legal process (in insurance business is preferable) and good corporate governance practice, and possess relevant experience in managing business partner and external counsel.
High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork

Tanggung Jawab

Analyze new draft and/or issued contracts with Partner as well as all the relevant policy and other documents related to products issued and make sure compliance with our internal policy and the prevailing law and regulations.
Assisting related function in complain handling Process with potential legal dispute. Analyze responds letter to warning letter threatened by third party as well as all the documents in relation with legal pleading submitted to the court in the ongoing court proceeding against the company
Managing new and ongoing court proceedings (civil, commercial, criminal, administrative, industrial relationship), alternative dispute resolution agency and arbitral tribunal to the company
Managing Long Agreement Watch list and Legal Request Form submitted to Legal Department, OJK Product approval report and maintain the report regularly.
Implement the Internal Policy/SOP/Guideline and mandatory clause in compliant with Contract Management
