Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or any Business-related course.
Minimum of three 3 years to five (5) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry related to Motion Study, Report Analysis and Industrial Engineering tasks.
Computer Literate.
Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications.
Knowledge of production processes, costs, quality control, raw materials and other methods for maximizing the efficient manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of the ways various systems interact and how changes in operations, the environment and other conditions will affect outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains and evaluates manufacturing manpower standard requirements. Reviews and analyzes manpower production status.
Assist in production planning through manpower allocation.
Maintains and analyzes production standard and capacity.
Provides assistance to the Plant Manager on new projects and reports.
Reviews and analyzes production efficiency and rejection report.
Review production schedules, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
Designs control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.
