Job Description

Persyaratan
  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Mailmerge
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Understand in labor laws
  • Willing to work at Cengkareng, Banten (Bandara Soekarno Hatta) Tanggung Jawab
  • Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records.
  • Prepared emlployeement contract
  • Handle recruitment & selection (prepare and publish the job adverts; shortlist, interview, and select candidates; conduct the onboarding process)
  • Provide analysis and reports using the HR tools and data
  • Support budgeting process, in collaboration with Finance.
  • Execute payroll run including benefits payment for national and expatriate employees.
  • Review all required payroll input to ensure accuracy before and during payroll run.
