Salary:

Jakarta

Develop marketing communication strategies for beauty brands based on the company objectives and market insight.
Develop influencer marketing, media relations strategies, and brand collaborations.
Organize PR events (ex. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company spokesperson.
Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
Working closely with KOL/influencers, maintaining relationships, analyzing & monitoring performance.
Prepare and submit reports for all collaborations with KOLs, media, and brand partners.

Requirements :

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Communication, or equivalent.
Male/Female with 1-3 years of experience as a Partnership, KOL or Influencer, or similar role.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably having good knowledge and influencer networks.
Comfortable with using data to derive actionable insights.
Have strong communication, fast response, and negotiating skills.
Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.
Have an interest in the beauty industry.
Strong planning, leading, and coordination skills.
Multi-tasking.
Willing to work in the West Jakarta area.

Contract length: 6 months
