Job Responsibilities :

  • Age max. 40 years old.
  • Overseas graduate will be highly recommended.
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Min. 5 years working experience in sales and marketing.
  • Familiar with Overseas Education System.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Thinking “outside of the box”.
  • Excellent business acumen (planning, budgeting, event management).
  • Strong leadership skill, analytical thinking and pleasant personality.
    • Detail oriented, fast learner and understanding of cross-cultural gaps.
  • Placement:West Jakarta (Meruya)

Job Requirements :

  • Making good selection on products regarding universities and colleges in the allocated countries.
  • Overseas graduate will be highly recommended.
  • Monitoring sales progress.
  • Negotiate with partner institution for agency agreement, events recruitment, and branding activities.
  • Devising marketing and sales strategy such as: concepting event, event management and evaluation.
  • Deliver training & product knowledge to counselors, admissions, and managers.
  • Managing annual institution & PM budget.
  • Maintaining a good and proactive relationship with stakeholders.
  • Developing a yearly business plan to increase sales recruitment & expanding product activities to generate more leads.
