The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for all warehouse administration in relation customers’ cargo data inbound and outbound, as per agreed IOP/SOP.

Key responsibilities

QHSSE
  • Perform all responsibilities and tasks in a manner compliant to Maersk Indonesia & Philippines QHSSE procedures
  • Identify and report all forms on non-conformity which can negatively impact QHSSE management system to FSSO or supervisor/ Shift coordinator / Chief Tallymen

Data Input Inbound
  • Check and verify document accuracy and completeness prior to unloading process
  • Perform data input based on customer requirement as per agreed timeline
  • Provide Receipt Registration (RR) as the base for working for Tallymen / Chief tallymen and WF administrator (where applicable)
  • Checks and verify RR documents which are returned from Tallymen
  • Inform related stakeholder / customer in regards to incoming cargo report & cargo non-conformity
  • Ensure all documents are stored in 5S manner
  • Receive inventory report from tallymen and compare with system and vice versa.

Data Input Outbound
  • Check and verify load plan from customer accuracy and completeness vs. inventory prior to loading process
  • Create pick clip based on verified loading plan & hand over to Chief tallymen and WF administrator (where applicable)
  • Planning of empty container / trucking delivery for stuffing purpose (where applicable)
  • Verify tallymen’s pick slip vs. related documents prior to container gating-out and instruct container to be sealed
  • Instruct trucking to pull out to port
  • Stakeholder coordination

We are looking for

  • Experienced in Warehouse Admin
  • Knowledge & awareness towards QHSSE
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in Ms. Office (Excel)
  • Good communications skill
  • Teamwork
  • With organizational skills & customer oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work in shift system
