Job Description:
  • Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards
  • Create monthly work plans and monthly goods needs based on the division's work program
  • Create a daily work plan based on the monthly work plan and the current conditions and needs
  • Submit a plan for the operational funding needs of the division each month
  • Leading the morning circle at the division's office for the day's work arrangements
  • Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set
  • Coordinate and ensure proper labor and equipment requirements for all work activities are available
  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of labor as needed to maximize the work in the field

  • Supervise and ensure that all division agronomic work has been carried out in accordance with agronomic technical guidelines
  • Supervise and ensure all employees work according to working hours and area of designated area
  • Supervise and ensure that all use of labor and materials has been properly distributed, recorded and reported
  • Supervise and ensure that the division's warehouse does not store material with excessive amounts and time
  • Supervise and ensure all third-party work is done according to the specified specification, measurable correctly and completed according to agreed time
  • Supervise and ensure all TBs harvested and the quoted cargo is sent and received intact on the destination MCC on the same day
  • Ensure that there is a restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day at the first opportunity
  • Supervise and ensure controlled field conditions and employee lodges from security disturbances or other disruptions that may be detrimental to the company
  • Perform cost control well so that budget cost can be controlled
  • Monitor the work of subordinates and provide feedback and feedback to superiors for subordinate performance
  • Conducting consistent coaching and direction to subordinates through a process of internal discussions and / or meetings
  • Carry out Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at the work site
  • Perform other tasks instructed by your superior
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/ Agronomy
  • Having 1-3 years of working experience as Assistant Agronomy
  • Good in communication skill
  • Willing to be located in RIau
  • Ready to be relocated according to company needs
