Consultant is responsible for consulting on Branding/Marketing/Sales/Business Development for clients. This involves helping client define the right strategy, research and design customer experience, develop standard operational procedure, and enable methodical marketing practice.
Job Descriptions:
- You will be on the ground hand-in-hand with client to explore new marketing strategy and revenue growth. This includes actively respond to Inbound leads coming from B2B marketing efforts.
- You will help clients craft and develop their strategy to deliver growth through full funnel customer experience. Bring clients through a discovery journey of understanding what will drive growth and define the metrics that matters. Aid the clients to improve conversion and lifetime value with the right optimization.
- If needed, build a solid data foundation for client to operate seamlessly and efficiently. Audit current data set up to improve meaningful reporting and actionable insights with business intelligence tools.
- Recommend the right marketing solutions to compliment client’s ecosystem, delivering customer views, journey orchestration and next best action.
- Assess and implement the branding/marketing/sales technique and data ecosystem required. Design the customer experience by discovering customer pain points and crafting the engagement strategy.
- Utilise the right strategy to improve conversion and retention. If needed, define metric, set up tagging plans, dashboard design and optimization plan to deliver a data-driven approach to business growth.
- Work with clients to ensure customer success of the solutions we deliver to them.
Specific Requirements:
- Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 1 (one) year consulting experience, or Master Degree fresh graduate.
- Experiences in branding/marketing/sales/business development is a plus.
- High level of initiative.
- Able to lead team and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
