Responsibilities:

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Manage, distribute, screen market demand and partners in order to achieve company goals.
  • Perform real-time reporting on all updated conditions and proceed to related department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in related major.
  • Having minimum 1 years experience as Customer Service.
  • Have knowledge of effective communication.
  • Hard worker, patient, highly responsible, punctual, honest, professional, able to work under pressure and ready to shifting.
  • Comfortable using computers & internet.
  • Have a good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
