Qualifications required:
Qualifications and Skills • At least an University degree (or equivalent) in economics, social sciences, humanities, law, journalism, communication, marketing or related disciplines or equivalent relevant professional experience (minimum 5 additional years supplementing the minimal general professional experience requested). • Proven experience and knowledge of low carbon / green development (aligned to EU Green Deal topics) in policies, programmes, projects and investments. • High-quality writing, reporting and communication skills and computer literacy. • Proven experience and sound knowledge of current communication tools and technologies (including social media, webpages and blogs, etc.). • Fluency in English: A minimum C1 Level. • Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset: A minimum B2 Level.
Professional experience required:
General Professional Experience • At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum requirement of 2 years of experience in international cooperation. • Should preferably be familiar with the EU Project Cycle Management, and with DG DEVCO rules and procedures. Specific Professional Experience • At least 3 years in coordinating and delivering communication and visibility campaigns and/or knowledge and capacity development events, using various tools, in the field of development cooperation or in the areas relevant for this contract. • At least 3 years of professional experience with contract management. • At least 3 years of professional experience in events management. • Field experience in developing countries would be considered as an asset.
