Work with Partnership Lead in approaching speakers and community partners

Contribute in the fulfillment of events’ KPIs

Maintain existing clients and contribute in scouting new clients

Attend meetings with existing and new clients to discuss their needs

Stay up-to-date on the constantly changing community environment, including development of channels, technology, and emerging business models.

Assist the team in taking MOM (Minutes of Meeting) during meetings

Create MoU for speakers and community partners

Manage speaker and partners administrations

Communicate with speaker regarding event’s requirements

Share publication materials to community partners

Offering and presenting creative ideas and strategies

Negotiate with clients, solve problems and make sure all deadlines are met
Final year undergraduate student majoring Marketing, Business, or other relevant fields.

Experience in partnership and event management would be a plus point.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time-management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and start-up culture.
