This position reports to

Senior Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Resolving technical issues both remotely and at customer sites in Indonesia and elsewhere.
  • Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards, as well as technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals.
  • Cost-effectively executing project deliverables on time in accordance with specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Maintaining a strong network of engineering professionals and disseminating engineering best practices to aid colleagues’ development.
  • Creating and delivering work plans, budgets and risk assessments.
  • Developing your management skills by working with entry-level employees.
  • Developing, selecting and applying standard techniques, procedures and tools, reporting inefficiencies and identifying improvement opportunities.

Your background

  • More than 5 years of experience in Electrical system / Project engineering & commissioning will be preferred.
  • Design of protection systems, selection of rays and electrical power distribution system (HV, MV & LV Systems), Single line diagrams, Layouts from conceptual stage.
  • Knowledge of electrification products & specify technical specifications / parameters for HV, MV, LV Switchgear, Transformers, UPS, Cables, Installation materials etc.
  • Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
