We are looking for Quality Technician who will be based in Karawang.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Support production teams by providing Quality guidance and support in case of issues
Train the floor on Quality practices/procedures and ensure the operational staff remains up to date with PMI Quality requirements
Plan and perform sampling, tests and analyses on the quality of tobacco, materials, semi-finished and finished products according to applicable procedures and analytical methods
Investigate in a timely manner non-conformities and deviations
Investigate and resolve critical deviations, contribute to defining disposal actions and when appropriate corrective actions
Propose and follow-up quality improvement ideas in production or other processes in Operations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor or Master from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Engineering/Technical
Minimum 1-2 years experience in production, quality or equivalent
Proven technical skills as a professional in the field of Quality.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - strong oral, written communication, and presentations skills.
