Project Title:
Productivity LMR/LVR Improvement
Description:
Perform Time Study at identified / selected workstations (constrain process), provide detailsoperator element breakdown and helps on the improvement activity.
Scope:
  • Assist Engineer to take time study on selected workstations.
  • Consolidate the data into LMR/LVR template.
  • Participate in improvement activity with cross function team.
  • Supporting team:

Test Process Engineer and technicians, Test Equipment Engineer and technicians, Manufacturing Supervisor & Trainers.

Deliverables:
  • Deliver the actual LMR/LVR.
  • Establish template step by step of operator's elements breakdown.
  • Update the LMR/LVR into HC Model.

Stretched goal:
  • Achieve BIC LMR/LVR.
