Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business
Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
Be a trusted advisor to the business, helping build engaged, inclusive, high-performing teams
Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement.
Assist line managers in dealing with organizational, people, and change-related issues
Job Specification:
Qualification
University Degree in HRM, Management, or other related discipline.
Experience
Have minimum 10 years experiences human resources, and working cross functionally with all areas of HR is a plus.
Knowledge
Good command of English and good communications and interpersonal skills
