Job Description

The Learning Course Designer will be working in Kognisi.id (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) part of Growth Center Kompas Gramedia.

He/she will be working in Growth Center's Development tribe, focusing in designing and developing online learning content. Learning Course Designer's responsibilities are:

Conduct thorough research on various learning topics & objectives in order to produce learning content with proven quality.

Provide the growth-path learning needs for employees.

Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design if needed.

Designing learning aids in various engaging formats (e.g. courses, games, videos, quizzes, handouts, and etc.)
Master degree from a reputable university

4 years experience in learning development and course design; creating blended learning solutions both instructor-led and self-paced learning

Excellent verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Able to work with a diverse population base

Strong ability to analyze and solve problems

Portfolio in Learning Modules [video/audio/text]
